Any chance you can check out why a disabled guest had to sit on her own away from her carer after speaking with a manager and being told this would be sorted once we boarded. I know you want to make money but at the expense of disability? pretty sure this is illegal so let’s see

No as we only returned from holiday late last night. There is no excuse for this but no doubt it will all Be on me yo contact you, wait on hold forever then be transfered a few times before being spoke to
