@Ryanair how many times does my complaint have to be ‘escalated’ before some gives me a genuine response and I actually receive the compensation which is now WAAAY past the deadline

Hi! So on the 10/11/17 I received a new quote less than previous for compensation and was told I’d receive a cheque within 10 working days? That was long gone... I can’t understand why it is taking so long to post a cheque?!
