Hi. My flight was diverted. I was over 5 hours late to my destination city (the aircraft didnt arrive at dest city). This is covered under EU261. Ryanair keep ignoring this. Please ask customer service to respond to my 3 emails under reference: 1717297/WTIMJW. (CC @UK_CAA)
