@Ryanair still waiting for my EU #flightcompensation, even though I replied 2 weeks ago with my bank details. Passed from one live chat agent to the next and told to fill in x number of different forms. Except your forms don't accept my flight reservation number. Sort it out!!!

I received a letter from you via email which said we were entitled to compensation for a cancelled flight. You asked me to complete a form on your site. However the form will not accept my reservation number.

I replied to your email with the document you sent with rhe bank details completed and have not heard from you in a couple of weeks. I'm getting impatient. And fed up of bad service.
