@Ryanair i have now emailed 4 times with no reply at all not good customer service last email dated 13th nov now 1st dec. no response soon be going to governing body.

so if the email customer service email surely its main feature is to deal with customer enquirys ? not to even respond is bad practice to not even advise me what to do after being advised then.
