@Ryanair Right so it's been nearly 3 months now and I am still yet to receive my compensation money from you even though I've contacted you several times and have been Ignored. Honestly this is shocking customer service

The claim has finished, I have seen an email saying that I will receive my compensation within 14 days. But that was on the 28th September
