@Ryanair dissapointed that we paid for priority boarding and whole party has it but apparently not doing it for this flight! (Stanstead to cologne 4:15pm)!!! So how do we get a refund on priority?!

Your refund page doesn’t have an option for refunding priority boarding - the refund options only cover cancellation / not flying for reason. Please let me know what options to choose.
