Hi, you need to contact us beforehand to ask to be rebooked. If you do not do that before hand you cannot claim other airline expenses. DL

You were impossible to get through to around that time, just because your website says please contact an advisor why does that make me any less entitled to a reimbursement? I have sent evidence of the flight I booked on pretty much the same route and on the same day
