@Ryanair I get a response today about my booking UUIPKT saying I'm not entitled to a reimbursement for the difference I had to pay for another flight when mine was cancelled? It cost me over £100 more to rebook my flight and you won't pay the difference? How is this fair?

You were impossible to get through to around that time, just because your website says please contact an advisor why does that make me any less entitled to a reimbursement? I have sent evidence of the flight I booked on pretty much the same route and on the same day
