Still no contact from @Ryanair even though they have owed me a payment for almost 4 weeks now... but the case has been escalated 5 days ago and I will hear within 24 hours

Live chat said they couldn’t help me and I should wait to be contacted, I’ve been told that twice now and still haven’t heard a thing and it’s been over a week since it was escalated
