@Ryanair I’ve currently spent a total of £31 on the phone trying to get my EU 261 compensation that I’ve been waiting for over 2 months. What are you going to do about this? Your online chat people are useless and don’t help, no reply from email.
Hi, there is no need to call regarding claims that are processing as they cannot be sped up. If the claim is closed the money will be in your account shortly. DL

My claim took 3 months and I’ve only got this bank transfer as a result of chasing a cheque that was never delivered so the above is completely untrue.
