@Ryanair I’ve currently spent a total of £31 on the phone trying to get my EU 261 compensation that I’ve been waiting for over 2 months. What are you going to do about this? Your online chat people are useless and don’t help, no reply from email.

Been told the money should be in my account in 10 days, but only as a result of a 16 minute phone call yesterday, which is additional to the £31 already spent.

Hi, there is no need to call regarding claims that are processing as they cannot be sped up. If the claim is closed the money will be in your account shortly. DL
