Over a 4 hour delay, I was advised to eat a murdered animal and then stood in the cold and rain for 45 minutes. Well done @Ryanair, you’ve truly outdone yourselves this time.

I don’t mind the delay, it happens. It’s the rudeness of staff that’s the problem.
