Any update on complaint 3988812 please @Ryanair. 24 days since I raised that complaint and still nothing. Getting close to that 28 day deadline
Hi Andrew, I can see another complaint was submitted on the 10/11/2017. Submitting additional complaints can slow down the process of the original one which has been escalated and being looked into. Thanks AR
