@ryanair Complaint Raised on 02/10/2017, sent to Head Office on 12/10/2017, communicated with you on 16/11/2017 and 09/11/2017 where I was promised a reply - still none received. Booking Reference AW43FS. This is extraordinarily frustrating now. Please help.
