My brother in law, who was on the same flight as me and was in exactly the same position was given a refund and given credit to book a new flight. Could you explain that?

I'm not sure what terminology you would use, but yes, I presume that is basically the same thing.

They may have gotten the travel voucher for cancelled flights. Those are now expired. DL

So, having spent the last few weeks attempting to talk to your customer service team on your chat feature, and that feature being constantly unavailable, they have expired. That's not great is it?

Hi Eve, did you receive an email with the vouchers? In that email, the vouchers with their details were included, and it is stated that the vouchers expired on the 31st of October. JC
