omg you cannot be serious? Is that how you treat your customers? The number I entered a million times is CORRECT. This also happened to other customers. I highly doubt the agent on the phone will be able to help. Why do I need to pay for the call when I did nothing wrong? Shocked

I've been waiting since the last week in September for compensation. Told 10 days at the start of October ... escalated with payments team at start of November and still waiting. Absolute joke. Webchat absolutely useless.
