@UK_CAA instructed you to cover cost of my cancelled flight by@Ryanair what gives you the right NOT to cover my cost of rebooking with@AerLingus ???? -
No one has given you false information. Did you claim correctly? Did you contact us before and ask to be rebooked? You need to follow the instructions given. Again you need to submit another claim if you are unhappy with the response.
