I mean Ryanair generally. Can you please answer me one final thing: Ryanair already has my bank details and you refunded me (incorrectly) a few weeks ago to my bank AND then reversed it and took the money back. Surely you already have my details?

Hi, the details required for this kind of transfer are different. We never save bank details when you pay on the site. We instead reverse the payment when we do a refund. DL
