@Ryanair Online support does not work. I just booked tickets and I have fucked up dates. According to your rules, I can change dates without penalties. But I can not contact support. What is going on?

Hi Nikola, you can change the dates free of charge for the first 24 hours since the booking is made. You can change the dates yourself, by logging in to our website using the booking reference. JC
