@Ryanair hi, my friend changed flights at airport after making mistake online and was charged almost 100€ fee even though her original booking was 15€. Why wasn’t she advised to book a new flight instead of exchanging? Unacceptable!
Hi, did she ask the price of a new flight.Our agents will not always know the prices of all flights. They will need to check them upon request. If the passenger requested a flight change our agent would have just went ahead and done that DL

She spoke to a customer service agent online who told her that the best thing to do was to do it at the airport. So she lies to her, as it’s always best to do it online, and she didn’t explain to her that it wasn’t worth it to exchange a 15€ flight. (1)

(2) the airport agent even said to her “that’s strange that the online assistant told you to do it at the airport... maybe because she knew it was more expensive” I mean what kind of service is that?!
