@Ryanair hi, my friend changed flights at airport after making mistake online and was charged almost 100€ fee even though her original booking was 15€. Why wasn’t she advised to book a new flight instead of exchanging? Unacceptable!
Hi Anthony, if a customer requests a flight change we will not refuse it to them. If an alternative flight is cheaper than the change it is usually best to purchase that instead. DL

Hi, did she ask the price of a new flight.Our agents will not always know the prices of all flights. They will need to check them upon request. If the passenger requested a flight change our agent would have just went ahead and done that DL
