@Ryanair hi there, we submitted a compensation form last night, however missed off our expenses, what is the best way of resubmitting the form inc expenses without slowing the process down? Thanks
Hi Mike, we'd advise waiting until our customer service get in touch as re-submitting a claim will slow down the procedure. They will send you a link if you need to upload any additional information. Cheers AR

Ok thank you, once the form is submitted how long should we expect to wait until a customer service rep gets in touch (will this be over email?) and when will they send a link so we can upload the additional info

Hi, yes this would be over the email and the link would be in the email. We've received quite some requests these weeks, we're working as fast as we can, please allow 14-28 days to receive a response. Sorry JC
