Despite approving our flight compensation claim for our cancelled flight FR3227 on 3 September @Ryanair have not paid out. The complaints team are hiding behind automated emails and their pitifully ill equipped sales telephone line. Not good enough!
Unfortunately we do not have a timelime. It won't be much longer. DL
