@Ryanair sent a complaint on the 24th Sep. Response totally unsatisfactory. Sent a follow up complaint on the 24th Oct. No response. Phoned your customer services on the 11th Nov to follow up. Have received nothing since. Utterly awful customer service. What can I do now?
