Despite approving our flight compensation claim for our cancelled flight FR3227 on 3 September @Ryanair have not paid out. The complaints team are hiding behind automated emails and their pitifully ill equipped sales telephone line. Not good enough!

We have rung that number countless times and they tell us they are the sales team and cannot help other than ask the complaints team to escalate. They say they are not allowed in any circumstances to put us through to speak to complaints
