      The last correspondence was an e-mail that was sent yesterday. Which did not respond to any of my e-mail and provided me with irrelevant information. Can you see my complaint?

      The fact I was charged twice for extra luggage and also received the worst customer service on my flight! We’re the manager refused to give me her name as she said it was company policy, yet she was wearing a lanyard which had her full name. She was rude and very aggressive!
