@Ryanair do you ignore tweets and complaints? Please can someone provide me with how to escalate my complaint

The fact I was charged twice for extra luggage and also received the worst customer service on my flight! We’re the manager refused to give me her name as she said it was company policy, yet she was wearing a lanyard which had her full name. She was rude and very aggressive!
