Hi, the new cabin bag policy comes into effect in January. It has always been that when the cabin is deemed full by the crew some bags will be added to the hold DL

What are the sizes on the boarding passes we printed off then? What are those for?

You can take one 55x40x20cm bag and one 35x20x20cm bag per person travelling. The larger bag may be checked into the hold free of charge due to limited space.

Yeh which is what it says on the boarding passes & those are the measurements we used to measure our cabin case & it said it was to big hence why we didnt take it. Everyone else had a much bigger case then ours

Hi, were you informed by our crew that the bag was too big? DL

No because we measured it at home & didnt want to risk taking it & having to pay extra for it to be checked in as luggage & not hand luggage
