This is bollocks, I asked for a refund after receiving an email stating I have 2 options- re route with Ryanair or refund I was never advised I could reroute with another airline which I found out from the CAA, I then receive an email from Ryanair stating I have 3 options 1/2

I have made my complaint again after realising Ryan had misled me into requesting a refund and have sent all relevant info and to add further insult you pay money into my account and take it away. I sent to all relevant info to this on 8/11
