Can’t believe I’m getting ignored by the @Ryanair Twitter after I’ve made several complaints about my missing money. Is this seriously how you treat customers?

I provided the correct bank details over a month ago and Ryanair said my payment had been processed, wrong. I’ve just uploaded my bank details again on the complaint tracker. When will I be paid?
