@Ryanair I have now received two very confusing emails from Ryanair that claim my complaint has already been dealt with, which is clearly not the case. I just want to know if I can expect to receive a satisfactory reply before I take my complaint to ADR?

Don't waste your time here Laurence. They don't give a s... You're better off taking it directly to ADR. My case is the same. I'm just being completely ignored now

Yes, Phillip, I can see that I'm being stonewalled. It would also appear their social-media strategy is a complete disaster and is purely a cosmetic exercise. ADR sadly appears to be the only viable way out of this sorry excuse for customer service.
