Can’t believe I’m getting ignored by the @Ryanair Twitter after I’ve made several complaints about my missing money. Is this seriously how you treat customers?

My claim is being processed? It was meant to be processed over a month ago. I was told by Ryanair that it had already been processed into my bank which obviously isn’t true
