@Ryanair sent a complaint on the 24th Sep. Response totally unsatisfactory. Sent a follow up complaint on the 24th Oct. No response. Phoned your customer services on the 11th Nov to follow up. Have received nothing since. Utterly awful customer service. What can I do now?
Hi Roisin, we've received quite some requests these weeks, we're working as fast as we can, please allow 14-28 days to receive a response, so by the end of the week or begginings of the next more or less. Sorry JC

Understandable, however, my complaint was made on the 10th October, more than 6 weeks ago. That doesn’t quite fit into your 14-28 day bracket. I expect a response before close of play tomorrow. Can you please pass this onto the complaints department?
