Hi, apologies but we cannot move a disabled passenger without their permission. Would you like to make a separate complaint about this matter? DL

Furthermore you are saying that putting my whole family’s lives in danger is ok but moving a disabled passenger to another chair is not? This does not make sense? Please forward onto the customer service team and ask then to re look at my complaint. Thank you.

Hi, you can submit a separate complaint here https://contactform.ryanair.com/ . However, disabled passengers need to be seated where it is comfortable for them. We cannot move other people on request. DL

Ok thank you, but please can you explain to me what would have happened in the event of an evacuation of the plane? How would we have escaped? As the gentleman was very large and could not be moved by any of the inflight attendants? They had to get 2 huge men to lift him in?

Hi, that would be the crews responsibility. They are trained to handle those kinds of highly unlikely situations. You can submit a complaint here https://contactform.ryanair.com/ DL
