@Ryanair Hi. Can you tell me why, when there are seats available together, you split up a booking so they sit at other ends of the plane? PS. Don't tell me "it's policy" and "that's how random seating works". I want a proper answer.
Hi, if you wish to choose your seats you need to pay for that. The free seating is for those that don't mind where they sit and want to fly for as cheap as possible. DL

I fully understand that. I don't mind where I sit, but I do think that when making a booking with more than one person, you should, if possible, try to sit them together. But I guess all you're interested in is making money. Not the customer experience.

Unfortunately, as I have no other option and as I'm limited with the airlines that fly from Malta, I have no choice but to pay. And I'm sure you don't care either, as long as you make more money. I'm sure you actually agree, you just have to "support" the company decision.
