@Ryanair I was authorized a compensation payment for a cancelled flight (I received a letter on september 29) and I never received neither a check or a bank transfer. I checked your claim tracker and this message appears <b>Closed and Paid</b>.

This is a feet dragging contest and in most cases people give up. That's their strategy. The CS telephone is another scam to get money from you. They'll just let you hang on to drain you further.
