Yes it was saying I was not entitled to claim as I choose a different airline which is not correct, I flew with Ryanair same date but was changed airports. I lost money on train tickets and car parking hence why I made a claim. This is really poor customer services

I’ve tried to complete the online form again, twice, only to get an error message saying the flights cannot be validated any ideas??? Getting very annoyed now
