your customer support and empathy shown to a simple customer request is absolutely appalling and unacceptable. We get the low priced airline thing, but talking to a human who speaks like a robot and cant assist with a simple thing is totally useless. @Ryanair

hi so - here is the thing - i booked a flight and was checking in for it yesterday. straight after i was asked if i want to change a seat - i clicked yes and proceeded to do so, at the end - my seat changed for a return flight for which i could not even check in

i spoke to your colleagues over chat support, they spoke like robots copyng and pasting one message "if you want to change your seat you need to pay again" BUT - Whyshould i pay again if i did not changed a seat for the return flight -

Question - how and why does your website tells me"thanks for checking in, wana change your seat? " and then changes it after I paid but does so for the return flight instead - WHICH I CAN NOT EVEN CHECK IN FOR!!! ask - pls change my seat for the requested one of DUB-VLN flight
