@Ryanair due to the flight cancellation FR137 on 13th november 2017,we lost the reservations already made in Berlin and we had to pay to return home.It was a serous damage for us, equal to 673,88 €.We request compensation of €500 total according to Regulation (EC) 261/2004.

Yes I have, but without any feedback or someone to speak with, it's hard to figure out if there's actually a customer service or not, if if anyone human is following my practice. I do not want to exaggerate, but it's hard to get in touch with you, it makes you feel helpless.
