I've been told on your online chat that my claim is 'closed and paid' but I can't get confirmation I'm getting the amount I claimed for because 'details are classified'. Also told it'll take six weeks to get a cheque, which is ridiculous.

So I guess what I want is someone to contact me and confirm I'm getting the amount I claimed, and then confirm I'm not going to wait until 2018 to get it...
