@Ryanair please can someone give me a telephone number of the complaints department as when I call one one will answer my questions
Did you confirm the bank details with them and speak about the payment error. DL

I’ve been told that there is no payment problem and I can’t have te expenses as I chose to fly with another airline, this is not correct, I was moved flights and still travelled Ryanair.
