How can it be correct that's extortionate for a simple date change.. It's not as if we will be booking with someone else. We are still flying with you guys... This can't be right.. So now I have to tell my daughter that we can't afford our holiday because some bigwigs cba!

HI John, we have asked if this is the charge you have gotten from online. Can you advise is this the fare difference only or was it giving you the flight change fee and the fare difference? JH
