      19th October was last communication from you which was an incorrect review of my complaint (you ignored most of it). So I’ve been waiting since 14th Sep and no one has been able to resolve this correctly.

      Contacted customer service after receiving no response to my reply who told me to log a new complaint. This needs escalating and reviewing ASAP, please get someone to do it.

      Still nothing, how long is soon? Ridiculous this, would phone customer services again but my last call cost £20 so not too keen on doing that!!!!
