.@Ryanair You cancelled my sons Christmas flight home to Edinburgh and promised to refund or rebook. You have done NOTHING! He called you immediately after the cancellation and emailed you on 15 Oct. No response until 15 Nov saying "we will be in touch" Disgrace.
