Still no reimbursement for the diff in fare due to cancellation @Ryanair. Followed every step inc sending you a receipt for my easyjet flight and my bank details. I got an email asking me to submit my bank details again, but it is not recognising the reservation code. Pls Help!

Gave my IBAN and BIC number to a representative in an online chat 2 days ago who said my details would be given to the correct agent and they would contact me later that day. Still nothing.
