@Ryanair You cancelled our flight from Faro 10th Oct. You could only get us a flight back a week later. Due to hospital appointments we had to get back. You told us to use another airline and claim it back. We did and you're not paying us. Take it we'll have to get a lawyer

We got an E-mail saying claim had been resolved and closed but doesn't say how much they are paying us. Is there anyway we can find this out before giving bank details. Our ref is 1907421/PR9Z2Z
