Live chat not working, not clear you have to select an option not to check in on return journey to check in on outbound, sorted now thanks, but from wide experience yours is not the most customer friendly website.
Your customer service number is useless, I can never get through, just tried, said I was in a queue, then said call volumes too high call back later
