@Ryanair You cancelled our flight from Faro 10th Oct. You could only get us a flight back a week later. Due to hospital appointments we had to get back. You told us to use another airline and claim it back. We did and you're not paying us. Take it we'll have to get a lawyer 
Hi, if you claim hasn't been rejected the it is still processing. We are not refusing to pay, you just need to wait until the claim is finished processing. DL

The member of our group who put the claim in was told it had been dissolved (???) till he phoned on Monday. Our ref is 1907421/PR9Z2Z Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
