@Ryanair You cancelled our flight from Faro 10th Oct. You could only get us a flight back a week later. Due to hospital appointments we had to get back. You told us to use another airline and claim it back. We did and you're not paying us. Take it we'll have to get a lawyer

They eventually offered to refund flights 17th Oct which we cancelled cos we flew back Fri 13th but not paying for they flights yet they said they would beforehand
